he says much of the time? Given that we don't hear that much about him and are not students of his, what if we like and agree with much of what he has said since he came on stage in our lives?

Are Duers worthless pieces of CommuNazi filth if we mostly agree with what we've heard him say over time (mostly remotely)?

One "mistake" was Shebaa Farms. That belongs to Syria, not Lebaonon.

I watched the entire interview and I heard not a single recognizable defamatory statement regarding Jews. Not a one. I heard plenty about the Israeli government and military, though....views I share, and which need to be changed for the sake of Israelis and their neighbors.

He is in a universe by himself. I wish he would inspire others to clearly state their truth, which would put some bite into the jello-like community of pundits and senators and congresspeople.....and wake up more in this country. I love how he points out how very much the questions of interviewers are biased and loaded to reflect the talking points du jour.

I live in the UK and I think it's more of a case of the British media portray him as a clown than people seeing him as one. I think he made a big mistake going on Big Brother however, and giving them so much ammunition. He did make a nob of himself there.

His appearance in front of the US Senate was classic though. It restored a lot of my pride that had taken such a battering from Blair's obsequient grovelling, bordering on fellatio towards Bush and the neo-cons. A national treasure definitely, if not a global one.

I, too, think his Senate appearance was classic. At times I worry that because he is so vocal that he will be "Wellstoned". I do not know how he has been portrayed in the British media but, if that has happened, it's the same tactic used here to discredit critical opposition that is, attack the messenger while ignoring the message.

When he was campaigning against Oona King, his supporters were calling her a nigger yid at her stump speeches.

Yes, he does have some good points to make, but the anti-war movement deserves a far better public face than that damaged man and his sinister hangers on.

There are people who, like the Bush Base, will not tolerate ANY criticism of Israel. Like the Bush bots, any disagreement with Israeli policy is unpatriotic and anti-Semitic. Oh well, I am willing to give them the opportunity to speak their mind, like it says in the Constitution, even if they object to me speaking mine. That's called Democracy, NOT Anti Semitisim.
