Zogby : Sherrod Brown Still Has 8 point lead over DeWine
Latest WSJ/Zogby poll (MOE 3.0%) taken Aug 15-21 shows Brown maintaining his 8 point lead over DeWine; good lead, but we have to keep fighting like hell...

1. The RW commercials have been flying hot and heavy here in the Buckeye

State the past few days against Strickland and Brown. They have nothing positive to say about themselves (Blackwell and DeWine) so they have to go down into the gutter and demean their opponents. Hopefully these current leads that Strickland and Brown have hold up.

2. Message I heard in Strickland's radio ad
said the same thing - Blackwell and the GOP are failures and since they don't have ideas, all they know how to do is attack - but Strickland has solutions - Turnaround Ohio.

Its textbook messaging strategy when under attack and it seems to be working.
