in cutting into the GOP overall fundraising. It appears in cash on hand that the DSCC and DCCC have enough to do what they need to do, with one even surpassing the GOP.
I think the time has come to quit any inferences that the DNC has a chairman who is poor at fundraising. I also think the congressional committees are holding their own. They should let Dean go ahead building a strong party that will benefit everyone in the party. Dean's main thing is holding out on TV ads...he wants to spend money on GOTV ground efforts. He has offered over 2 million to Rahm, and still negotiating with Chuck.
Study the figures and see what I mean. They all have a job to do. Dean's DNC is responsible for winning back the state legislatures and local races as well as the presidential race, federal races, and building the party structure.
