Poll question: Will the republican implosion continue gaining momentum til the election?
And if so - will we win more than the exit polls this time? There IS still the diebold problem after all......

I fear that the new right-wing meme about Foley being gay, and gay men being "addicted to sex" and by inference all being on the prowl to deflower young boys - *might* just be enough to strike horror into their homophobic base, thus generated a huge incentive for them to vote to preserve republican majorities in house and senate.

I think they will sell this as the party Faith-full (pun intended) being decieved by Foley - and Foley will be painted as a sign of all that is wrong with america today (moral decay brought on by years of Dem control)

I fear that many here are celebrating too soon... Feels like our ill-fated "Merry Fitzmas" fizzle from last year....

What do you see - oh wise fellow DUers?
