17. I just bookmarked it. I've been making a list of my own, similar
to this one, whose title is "Things bush and the GOP have hurt or ruined." And it's a long one. I may do a column on it, and I'll be taking suggestions.

8. Jeff Gannon! Must we mention the Bush White House male prostitute?
How terribly embarassing to make an issue of the FACT that a male prostitute visited George AWOL Bush's White House over 100 times*

The corporate media has been O so discrete in not mentioning this because it would "upset" the public to know that a male prostitute visited Bush's White House so often. Can't we also be discrete, and not mention this, and not KICK this thread?

* Apparently some overnight visits, too, according to the official Secret Service records.

The first mention of the word "Orleans" occurs in the subjectof my post.
I'm not talking about the hurricane, I'm talking about the city that was lost.

But yes, you're right, he didn't reference it as "Orleans." I did get his reference, though, through "Katrina" and "Fema."

32. "Expiration of Assault Weapons Ban???"
I think it's Larry to sit down and decide who's side he's really on. Democrats actually want to win this time around. Any talk of banning legally-owned firearms only makes that objective harder to achieve.
