And he said he believes that completely! He even laughed because it's
so obvious.

So there you have it.

We were wrong.

He's a great intelligent president.

What Bush meant to say was, 'change tactics' = ok,

But the fundamental driving forces are still the same, unchanged. = Go for Iraqi oil.
