4. How to turn up the sound --
On a Mac (OS 8.6):

Apple Menu > Control Panels > Monitors & Sound >

Click on "Sound"
Move slider to a higher volume.
Close Control Panel.

12. yeah, I listen or watch CSPAN all the time
and usually have no problem. I'm going try this last step. Thanks. :) See ya in a bit, cuz I need to close all my windows. I'll let you know if it works.

That's weird though.. I saved it down to plugin version 5 or something. I thought most browsers wouldn't have a problem with that.
