2. Hmm..
It would appear that my state has now become a battleground state. I believe that its getting attention even as far away as Mongolia from what I heard on the news. I thought that was a bit odd. Why would anyone in Mongolia care about what goes on in Tennessee?

3. I thought Ford was winning in TN.
What happened?

Also, some of those races are WAY too close for comfort.

Only two look like sure things.

I don't get it. The Reeps are THAT bad. They should not
even be close.

7. You are absolutely right
It's important to *the whole world* that the 'Decider' should get a real opposition.

8. Ignore Mason Dixon
There are plenty of other pollsters out there who don't shill for the GOP.

Don't trust any polling they do this close to election day.

9. Really? Talent down, Kean down, Chafee down, Sant. down 12 pts?
They're shilling for the GOP by projecting a 50-50 make-up in the Senate, just the same as everybody else?

10. I don't know, I'm not privvy to their strategy
But I know they can't be trusted. If it makes you feel better - be happy about the positive results and ignore the bad ones.

12. "Believe what I like and don't believe what I don't like."
That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. What's the point of even looking at polling numbers if you categorically dismiss what you don't like? Why don't you just assume that all the Democrats are winning and all the Republicans are losing?

There's a dozen polls out of Maine that show Olympia Snowe up by 40 points over Jean Hay Bright. But we like Jean Hay Bright, so should we assume that Bright is winning by 20 points?

Dick Lugar is unopposed in Indiana, but he has an (R) next to his name. By what margin is he going to lose?

13. I always dismiss all Mason Dixon polling results
However, in the interest of not raining on anyone's parade here, I'm suggesting believe what you want, but beware of believing Mason Dixon results in a race where a Dem candidate that was winning is suddenly behind or a lead has suddenly shrunk.

Be very, very careful of giving up on a race based on their polling.

Please elaborate.
