Steele-DEMOCRAT
Edited on Tue Oct-24-06 02:14 PM by jenmito
Has anyone seen on MSNBC today where Russert was showing the Repub. talking heads a sign going around in MD saying, "Steele DEMOCRAT" with the word Democrat underneath his name? They all defended this sign and bumper sticker. I think the Dems. should counter this with an ad something like this:

Show a picture of the sign, then say, "When you can't win fairly, some Repubs. gotta lie, cheat, and STEELE."

Here's a link about how he's misleading voters:

3. Perhaps that is what they're trying to do
Make that confusion. Fox has already done that now twice with Foley and with Bob Corker calling both of them democrats. And it was on purpose.

2. Takeof f of Reagan
It is supposed to be a takeoff of a Reagan Democrat but I think it is lame as hell and I don't think it will work because alot of people will think they are saying the Steele is a Democrat and then he will have to defend his bumper sticker.

6. Yup....
And it doesn't say, "I'm a Steele Democrat." It just says, "Steele DEMOCRAT." Sleazy.

8. Steele is trying to run to the left of the Democrat (Ben Cardin)
by saying he is for change, and Ben Cardin is part of the "washington crowd". Unfortunately for Steele, he is part of the problem and is shown spouting praise for Bush and the Repub agenda.

9. I agree...
And the more the Dems. show Steele calling Bush his "homeboy," the better.
