Classy woman with nerve (the lady who put her hand over the
camera) of the guy tailing Harold Ford. RawStory has the video.

1. No, not classy. Stupid. Put yourself in the other side's shoes.
If a rethuglican did this, we'd be PISSED. And rightly so.

2. People have the right to follow candidates around and
film their every move? I have no problem with anyone filming a campaign appearance, but even candidates deserve some privacy. At some point a line is crossed from freedom to just spying. Should people be able to follow candidates into the bathroom with video cameras on?

Besides that, if I got into a Republican's shoes I'd have to have my feet amputated to save the rest of myself.

3. Felix Allen takes a dump...
...you might have a point.

However, anything done in public is.....public.

Whether it's filmed or not is moot.

6. Doesn't sound like just a spur-of-the-moment thing...
You can hear the guy in the background saying, "I've told you ten fucking times, I don't want you filming this," which would indicate that the cameraman had already been warned (just to play Devil's Advocate, I'll assume the "10 times" is an overstatement, but that there was at least one previous warning).

So, it's not like this guy just came up with a camera and was filming them, and the lady launched at him and covered his camera. This was part of some ongoing situation, which culminated with physically blocking his camera.

The bottom line is that we don't know what the story leading up to this really is, but the indications are that the guy had crossed from just following to harrassing.

4. Good for her!!
And as for the other poster's comment: "If a rethuglican did this, we'd be PISSED." Ergo, since "one of us" did this, rethuglicans must be "PISSED".

Think I give a fucking rat's ASS if rethuglicans are "pissed"? Hell NO. Kudos to that classy lady!!!

And kudos to Ford for not calling the camera guy a "macaca".

5. I think what the guy was doing crossed the line into harassment.
Democrats are just too nice.

7. They did that to Obama too.
I remember some weird camera person stalking him during his election.
