Poll perspective. The latest polls are the BEST case scenario for the R's.

According to analysts on Hardball (when the Kerry flap was being dissected) it was mentioned that whatever the polls showed from the end of the week were going to be an indicator of the "BEST CASE SCENARIO" for Republicans. Why? Because Kerry's so called "insult" took up 3 days of news and it was not good for the Dems.

Keep a chin up folks, we're still ahead AND national polls are not the end all.

On edit, we'll have to see how the "Saddam verdict" plays out as well, but I don't think that this latest charade will be enough to turn the tide back toward the dark side.

4. I defended Kerry, I mentioned it because of the context. Shall we
pretend that he wasn't used for 3 days to bash Democrats? Not saying it was his "fault." That's politics.
