8. It needs more than funding
It needs fundamental change. Right now it's nothing more than the Leave No Child Untested Act and a way to make test publishers like Neal Bush rich. It also appears to be a fundamental RW strategy to defund the public schools.

but in all likelihood Monkeyman is right, they'll just actually spend more money on teaching kids how to take tests.

back in 2004 as I recall.

So, it looks good.

BTW, ulysses, Kennedy's office is great about responding to suggestions if you want to send your views about NCLB.

7. It needs to be repealed along with the prescription drug benefit
for seniors. Then we can start over again with something that might actually be good and workable.
