I cannot think of a thing?? She has gone along with Bush on everything. She has not accomplished anything on the diplomatic front. No peace talks. No ceasefires. Nothing. She has been totally worthless. Along with the worst president in history, we may be seeing the worst Secretary of State in history also...?

1. She was incompentent as National Security Advisor -
and has lied repeatedly to cover Bush's ass. She doesn't have one shred of integrity. I didn't expect her to be an effective Secretary of State and she hasn't disappointed. :hi:

2. well, for the second time, she was assigned to be in charge of
IraqNami reconstruction.

we know how well she did with that task when she chaired the NSC.
Hmmm. I wonder how well she did the second time around.

Oh, wait. She embarrassed everyone in Russia with her speaking skills.
AND she embarrassed even the Israelis after many innocents were killed by Israeli warplanes by her behavior and comments.

come on, she is presidential caliber. Assuming you use W as the baseline.

10. She did
Ferragamo, the US Open and Spamalot in a three day trip to NYC.

That's not nothing. She may even have been thinking about New Orleans at the same time.

5. 1st Sec. of State that was asked not to "visit" a certain countries
after she announced that she wanted to go to those places.

Egypt and Lebanon (late summer 2006)

the first Sec of State to buy $1,000 shoes as an American city drowns.

the first Sec of State to have an oil tanker named after her.

Shown to be a fake in her Russian language skills by Russians
(they thought she could speak Russian because of her bio
and when they did it was obvious that she could not)

12. I guess the fact that she became Sec. of State after being a
miserable failure as a security advisor. Other than that nothing. I guess you could call her an empty suit if she were a man.

22. How about the Iraq Stabilization Group?
Bush appointed Rice to the Iraq Stabilization Group (ISG)* in 2003. To, you know, stabilize Iraq during the reconstruction.

And when that group didn't do anything, Bush was so pleased with the lack of results that he put Condi in charge of stabilizing Iraq during the reconstruction... again.

So there's one thing Rice has not accomplished. Oh, wait. Could you repeat the question?

* Not to be confused with the Iraq Survey Group (ISG), which reported on Iraqi WMDs, which the President ignored. Also not to be confused with the Iraq Study Group (ISG), which the President is trying to ignore. Also not to be confused with the Iraq Interim Group (IIG), which the President also ignored, which is not to be confused with the office of the Inspector General, Iraq (IGI), which the President also ignored, which in turn is not to be confused with the ISI Group, which provides security in Iraq, which is not to be confused with Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), the Pakistani intelligence organization which the President ignored.**

** Confused? Eh, just ignore it--after all, it's only an asterisk, not to be confused with a comma. It's pretty obvious that the President doesn't read the footnotes, anyway.

23. Coined the phrase, "Who could have possibly foreseen?"
To go with such unlikely things as:

Terrorists using airplanes.
The levees giving way in New Orleans.
Iraq turning into a civil war.
Bush screwing up yet another venture.
