Bill Clinton predicts bipartisan cooperation in Democrat-led Congress

WASHINGTON (AFP) - Former President Bill Clinton said he expects a new spirit
of bipartisan cooperation in Congress as Democrats take control of the usually
fractious US legislature.

"A lot of new people are coming in, and I think it will be good," said Clinton,
whose wife, US Senator Hillary Clinton, was reelected in November.

"I'll be surprised if you don't see alot of interesting, bipartisan positive things
happening over the next six months," he told reporters in impromptu remarks just
before the swearing in ceremony.

Hillary Clinton was among 33 senators sworn in Thursday by US Vice President Dick
Cheney in his official capacity as president of the US Senate, as Clinton's Democrats
take control of Congress.

2. Stop the war and restore Constitutional rule
I could care less about bipartisanship with a Fascist Christian Taliban party that has caused so much death and destruction in the name of JayZeus.

Clinton is too willing to appease the GOP. He is the one that gave us DOMA and "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" in the spirit of bipartisanship.

4. He also closed the books on outstanding matters in IranContra, BCCI, CIA drugrunning
and Iraqgate for Poppy Bush in the spirit of secrecy and privilege. Bill would call it 'bipartisanship' but SOME dare call it what it really is: TREASON
and an utter disrespect for government OF the people, BY the people, FOR the people and accountable TO the people.
