What is he doing? Anyone admit to seeing him since the election?
Was he assigned to check the rope used to hang Saddam? What?

8. Still behind the scenes
working on "marketing" issues, which is his specialty. In case you haven't noticed, this mis-administration doesn't do any real governing, only marketing. I've never considered Rove to be any sort of genius; just someone who was good at organizing "the base", which didn't work this time, also, "fear-and-smear" tactics, which has gotten stale also. I think he's still re-tooling "the message", though. Notice the latest buzz-word from the marketing department: "surge", when of course they mean "escalation". IMO, that word had Rove's paws all over it.
