CACI defamation suit against Randi Rhodes---she implied war profiteers in Iraq are murderers
and torturers. This on Fox with O'Leilly.

Randi stated war profiteers engaged in rape, torture, murder at Abu Ghraib. Geez, what defamation. :sarcasm:

5. I don't think so...
Last I heard it was thrown out, then reinstated. These actions were based on technicalities associated with the AAR bankrupcy. Nothing has been decided on its merits at this time.
