I think I get it. Bush's plan.

He's going to keep picking at Iran until Iran is forced to attack us.

Then Bush will, once again, be able to force the Congress to give him more
war powers and he will claim even more "authorization" to tear up the Constitution.

He has to do this quickly before the Democrats get on their feet. Expect
a major breakout very soon.

Oh, and the troops won't be stretched too far once the new draft is instated.
Man and women both this time.

Why didn't they have an impeachment plan ready to go during the first 100 hours?

1. I think he's baiting them into attacking.

Iran is a very proud country, and even though the people aren't crazy about Ahminejihad (sp?), they hold onto their nationalism with ferocity. Since Bush won't even talk to them, he is pushing them into an awkward position in front of other ME countries. To me, Bush's* and Rice's insistance on not negotiating with Iran is part of their plan to implement a war with them.
