Gates admits he is no military expert

Well there you have it.
Right from the Secretary of Defense.
This new honesty is refreshing...frightening?... yes, but refreshing.
At least they are admitting their incompetence now.

the war, the diplomats who have spoken up against the war, the ex-ambassadors who have spoken up against the war, the former heads of Department of Defense and State who have spoken up against the war and the voters of the US who have voted against this war.
