Or does it mean 12-pack of beer?

When in the history of humans has someone passed out because something lodge in their windpipe and then been able to breathe after they hit the floor? Is there a Heimlich floor there?

That would be a sad thought. Bush and his dog Barney, locked away in the West Wing all by themselves, while Bush gets smashed.
