What would a neocon do?

Any opinions on what is the true goal of the neocon’s in the middle east? Are they truly so disillusioned to believe that the United States can “set-up” democracies there by waging war?

Now as far as the corporatists (read fascists) helping the neocons run this Country , I believe they are happy with the chaos and would like it to continue until they completely kill the Constitution and the middle class.

The Carneigies, Mellons, and the rest of the crew....well, again, their fortunes were amassed at what expense? Company towns? Corporate slavery was alive and well until the Gompers and Ruethers came along and changed that...unfortunately we haven't had the leadership (union and otherwise) to stop the rebirth of corporate slavery.

So to answer your question of what would a neocon do - as little as possible as long as they were getting the rewards. And if the 'rewards' were slow in coming, they'd find another group to rape (aka illegal aliens who will work for pennies on the dollar and no bennies).

By creating an external enemy they do not have to focus on domestic issues, which they loathe.

Instead they can divert all the nation's wealth to war from which they make tremendous piles of money.
