Who else knows something about a candidate that makes them want to curse the candidate to their face
Edited on Thu Jan-25-07 01:59 PM by Heaven and Earth
I won't say who, or why, because I am very annoyed right now, and I want to keep this from becoming flamebait. I just want to know if anyone else has felt this kind of outrage, even if only for a moment? Please don't mention the candidate or the reason if at all possible, so a fight doesn't break out, but if you could post suggestions for dealing with this, that would be helpful. Even knowing that I am not alone in this feeling would be a lot. Thank you.

1. When I feel a lot of anger
I look at the emotion, then check my breath. Inevitably, I'm holding it. So I start breathing slowly and evenly (7 count in/7 count out). This helps to make the emotion go away.

3. I woke from my sleep feeling that just a few nights ago.
It took a couple of hours to get back to sleep. Then again, working a swing shift might have had something to do with it.

4. I feel that type of rage every time one of them parrots
that stupid DLC "health plan" that promises affordable universal coverage leaving for-profit insurance companies in control.

I haven't been able to afford the high risk insurance I need due to a preexisting condition for 20 years now.

Then I sit back, do some Yoga breathing, and fire off a critique of the incredibly stupid and cruel plan to protect the insurance industry once again.

Then I ignore the flames.
