Kos on the electability of the top three...
Edited on Tue Jan-30-07 03:27 PM by SaveElmer
I agree...

Q-poll polls the presidentials in Ohio and finds that 1) Hillary beats everyone, 2) so does Edwards, and 3) McCain beats Obama (but narrowly). All of our top-tier candidates are "electable". God I would love to see Jack Bauer torture the "electability" argument to death. There are legitimate questions about what certain candidates will do to candidates down ballot in various races, but as for the presidentials themselves, all of our top-tier candidates can (and will, of nominated) win the White House.

1. You know, I'm tired of hearing about all of this already.
Nothing against you, but the election is a long way away and a lot of shit might go down before now and then. Makes me kinda pissed that we're being pushed by the media (kos included) to make decisions at this early stage.

3. The primaries are a year away. I agree. A lot
can happen between now and then. When the California primary rolls around next year, I'll make a decision based on who the candidates are and what their positions are at that time.

For the time being, I just can't get worked up about any of this.

4. Lay of the land I guess....
Presidential elections have been starting earlier and earlier...

I kinda wish they wouldn't, but I feel strongly enough about who I am supporting to have to deal with it...

As long as others are being pushed I'm gonna stay in there...
