Why would Barack Obama have a problem with his BIG ears?

I guess Joe Biden could have mentioned this instead of complimenting him.

OBAMA (off mic): You talked about my ears, and I just want to put you on notice: I�m very sensitive about � What I told them was, ��I was teased relentlessly when I was a kid about my big ears.�

4. It is representative of his bloviating nature.

He's said suspect things in the past (see Indian-7/11 comments). It becomes harder to view his comments as purely innocent based on his history.

Why are you repeating this crap? If you took the time to read the entirety of the column, you'd know that Obama was making fun of himself and joking about Maureen Dowd's column. Don't worry, he won't last much longer, all of them "crack" at some point. Let's help hand him the rope.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE(EDIT): I was called Dumbo as a kid, my ears didn't stick out, but my lobes are still big, and always were. If I slept wrong, I used to get zits on a lobe because it would lay against my head, and that hurt like HELL, especially as a teenager, and the ear in question would swell up as well, and turn red.
