Bush and the revolving scapegoats, one down two to go
Rummy was the convenient scapegoat bush and Cheney used when things in Iraq fell apart, not that Rummy didn't deserve it. But Rummy was a convenient tool for Rove, Cheney and Bush to use as needed.Bush was mostly blamed for keeping Rummy on the team way to long, he was blamed less for the Iraq debacle than he should have been.

Rummy is gone.

Since Rummy left its been Cheney who gets the blame. We all wonder who really runs things in the WH. Don't we hold Bush less accountable than we ought to because we believe Darth Cheney is the bully within?

Fitzpatrick is closing in on Cheney. Cheney gets a lot of blame for pushing the Iraq war on the American people. Lets face it, we love to hate Cheney. He is the darkest figure in politics we have seen in decades.Calls are being heard in Washington that "now is the time" for Cheney to leave to save the GOP and Bush. Is that possible simply by impeaching Cheney now? If Fitz can get Cheney for the Plame outing, what does that do for Bush and republican party?

With Cheney gone, Bush has lost his last scapegoat, the only one left to blame is him.

How long before the Republicans go to the White House to tell Bush its their way or the highway?

Now we impeach Bush, he has no scapegoats left.

1. Please, any and all higher powers, please.

We can't have the last six damaged years back, but such a scenario would save some of the future.

3. I read that. Truely disgusting, an office in Alexandria Va and he has
two military personnel on staff as well. One wonders if shredding papers is all he is doing. How much is Gates doing on the Iraq war? Is rummy still seen at the WH these days?

5. Stall the confirmation of McCain until impeachment hearings are done for Bush.
