6. While I agree that Iraq is more important news, the death of
Ms. Smith is still news. Hell, she was only 39.

What makes coverage of her death so frustrating is how it replaces everything else instead of being just a couple of sentences per hour.

all the viewers will migrate to CNN, where it IS being covered. It's a sick and vicious circle.
