What I want to know is: Where was Pelosi "celebrating" and "all smiles"...

I get so sick and tired of shitty reporting. Yesterday I heard two different newscasters on the House vote and one said "Pelosi was celebrating" the vote and another stated "Pelosi was all smiles" after the vote.

When I saw her on the news after the vote she sure didn't seem to be celebrating to me. She was gracious and very mindful of the vote that was just taken. Nor was she all "smiles." This wasn't some damned vote on a football game.

This is serious business and I'd love to see some of these talking heads put their asses in the sling for something and get shot at a few times.

you remember the one, that foreign-built super jumbo jet which Nancy Pelosi demanded the Pentagon buy for her and had repainted in blue white and gold AF-1 livery, and which she had all those Jacuzzis installed in, while she snorted cocaine and danced naked with the parade master of NAMBLA and the American Communist Worker's Party as they celebrated the death of 5 more American GIs in Iraq.

The media just wants to make sure you get the full picture and details about her and her leadership of the House, without biasing you in any way.

I am so sick and tired of the damned double standards. To these people if she had not even smiled, then they would have been reporting she was "pouting".

The latent sexism is making me puke, too. But what is really getting me pissed is how the so-called conservative women out there keep defending the Good Old Boy school of politics and seem willing to hammer her regardless of what she has done for women.
