Libby Conviction - Follow-Up By The Dems - I Just Called My Senator's & Congressman .....

in Illinois - Obama, Durbin & Lipinski and told them the following:

I'm calling to urge the Senator/Congressman to support further hearings/investigations as a follow-up to the Libby conviction.

It's clear from the testimony that something sinister/criminal or quite possibly treasonous was going on behind the scenes in the WH and Libby is protecting people.

If the Dems don't follow-up on this it will just embolden these people to continue to break laws.

We must put a stop to this now - as we have another 22 months left under this corrupt administration. And I do believe they are corrupt.

If the Dems don't follow-up and follow-up soon I'm afraid that the opportunity that Fitzgerald handed them will be squandered.

And I don't know that I will be able to support the Dems in '08 if they continue to condone this conduct and not take some action.


I'm hoping that other DU'ers call their respective Congressional leaders and deliver a similar message.

They need to hear if from us folks. It doesn't do much good for us to talk amongst ourselves here on this board. We need to get the message to those that could quite possibly do something.
