Bush is using the Exact same argument Cheney used to prevent

names (Energy bill). Bush says he needs advice and if Rove testifies, then, he,
as Pres. not able to get advice cause people would be afraid. Cheney case
went to SC and he won.

2. I think the difference here is the RNC email server that was
used to send the emails and circumvent the law.

setting the stage to call Rove (including Gonzo) - Bush can't now say "executive privilege - this interferes with my ability to rule *hick*"
