4. Yeah, so why does the Senate
keep putting bandaids over Patriot act instead of trashing the whole
everything about patriot act.

while this is a mini victory, it's like, Jeez, can we get them to pursue
bush and team more passionately about things where laws are broken than over
fuzzy areas where patriot act basically gives president all the power to say
just exactly what he said "No laws were broken" in the firing of the attorneys.

congress dug this grave by voting for patriot act. This rests equally in their
own ballcourt and they are trying to snip twigs from a Poison tree, rather than
torch flaming the entire grove of problems related to patriot act and the removal
of a 3 branch system by means of many of the patriot act provisions.


why doesn't anyone see the bigger picture here?
