8. Reverend Al's Low Hanging Fruit

Good observation.
I did some research work about the hate radio topic a few years back and IMUS wasnt even on the list. On the range of offenders he was certainly marginal at best.
What bothers me is EVERYONE knows this including the good Reverend.
So why pick off a single sound bite from the IMUS show and run with it when they easily could have found tasty sampling from any of the listed programming and done the same?
Something realy stinks here and I doubt it is coincidence that IMUS happened to be the only "celebrity" status shock jock who in some ways balanced his approach by insulting EVERYONE and actualy worked to expose the Bush regime for its ineptness.
So why should the good Reverend pick off IMUS and leave the rest fester? Think things are any differnet on the radio today then they were yesterday? Only differnce that I see is that terms like "white community" and "black community" have returned to the dialogue when all along we were content to think of "the community".
We can thank Reverend Als keenly focused spotlight IMO, for highlighting an otherwise unremarkable event.

4. I never listen to any of these men. I don't even follow dialogue about
them. It's time. It's time.

I thank Media Matter and the person/people who put this together. Every educational. Saved for reference.

I hope it gets up-dated, but hope it doesn't have to be.

K & R Yes!

6. Ann Coulter's a Loose-Cannon-At-Large
She has a newspaper column, but I doubt she had a radio/TV show. If we were going to list columnists, I'd add Cal Thomas.

7. Is there a list of national advertisers who advertise on these shows?
I'd be interested in seeing if any of them are the same ones who suddenly became so self-righteous over Imus's remarks yet don't bat an eyelash at scum like Savage, Boortz, et al.
