Who will join me as an 08 Deaniac?
I am still confounded that a post-primary pep rally with his supporters turned around a promising candidacy in 04. It was silly that media coverage was exaggerated to a point that his campaign had to begin defending something that wasn't even necessary to defend. Here is a decent guy, who took it all in stride and now serves his party instead of being focused on as a candidate himself. I say it's not too late for Dean..........YEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

1. Sorry, I like him right where he is.
Besides, he stated he'd stick with the DNC for 4 years. I assume he'll stand by that pledge.

4. I'll Always Be Howard's Fangirl
But the US media wants a First Lady to kick around, and his wife declines to leave her life for that kind of abuse, so there it is.

5. Do you think that's it?
That says loads about the shallowness of our political process. I thought they derailed the train last time because they just did not like an underdog surging beyond their media prognostications. I was being somewhat disingenuous, not really believing he would run again. But, there was an uncanned, unpolished honesty about Dean that I will remember fondly.

6. That's Part of It
The other part was that he was right, and truthful, and didn't kiss ass.

7. Only if he reverts to being the "old Howard" and not the button down,
moderate, Beltway insider that he's become.
