Goodling immunity hearing at 10:15
I can't find a link to the Judiciary Committee's web broadcast. Does anyone know where it is?

It would take a 2/3 vote to give her immunity from prosecution for the crimes which now prevent her from testifying. It's doubtful there are even a handful of Republicans who are willing to allow the truth on the record. We'll see.

8. I believe committees are made up of the same party percentage
as the Senate/House is in total.

She's a christian conservative criminal enabler. Subpoena her fucking evangelical ass, put her on the stand, have her swear to god to tell the truth, and grill her little fucking puritan ass. bush wants political theater, give it to him.

5. Actually,
as I understand she will have the opportunity to testify without the grant. When she invokes her right the immunity will be officially be granted.

My problem with the immunity is that she'll still lie once compelled to testify. Her Faux Christian God allows false witness when the her true Lord Republican is imperiled.

This may move things along, the clock is ticking and the administration is trying every means available to stall.

18. All of them are.
The entire House gets reelected every two years. We would have to look at the individual members and see how closely they were elected in 2006 to get any good estimate of who wouldbe willing to grant immunity.

The impression I have of Ms. Goodling is a very dedicated employee of Shrub who would do anything to protect him and his admin! I think we're talking total loyalty here, not the least of which is her education at Regent U where their goal isthe same as Shrub's...eliminate the separation of church & state and put God into Gov't. someone like that will NEVER testify to anything that wouldpose a danger to that philosophy.

But without immunity she isn't going to be truthful either. No better way to nail AGAG in the short run.

The only true way to move this along would be to begin the impeachment process against Gonzo, we all know that isn't going to happen. This is what we're left with, sorry to say.

No idea how to view the web cast anyone?
