Does one have to have sex to be able to vote?
The second amendment has been deemed "ambiguous" by some so I thought maybe I would apply that to the 19th Amendment which states:

The right of Citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

I'm having an NRA moment. Does that mean you can't vote unless you have sex or does it mean you can only vote if you've never had sex? And should there be a waiting period? Talk about ambiguity.

1. Silly, it obviously means that the poll workers can't demand sex from you to allow you to vote
Why do you think they call them "poll workers" anyway?

That happens to me (male) all the time. Some little old baptist lady at the polling cight wanting to take me behind the volunteer fire station before she'll let me vote. And there is absolutely nothing ambiguous about her.

in some cases that might encourage more absentee voting to avoid having sex with poll workers.

8. You're right it is ambiguous
It has no definition as to what actually constitutes sex. If you recall this was debatable. On account of oral, digital, vaginal or anal sex? What about phone sex or cyber sex? I am now so very confused. Perhaps this should be cross-posted to the Election Reform group? ;)

the infraction will be overlooked and you'll be able to vote.

I'm trying to conduct a serious discussion about the use of ambiguity to get what you want and you damn me. I'm so offended I think I'll drive down to the gun dealer and exercise my by gawd constitutional right to buy a deadly weapon. Ambiguity be damned.
