Cannonfire's blog entry is a summary of reporting by independent journalist Daniel Hopsicker.
http://www.madcowprod.com/04242007.htmlI think one reason that Hopsicker's reporting doesn't gain more public traction is that he is reporting on drug and airplane business connections and transactions that are just too difficult for most people to understand. You kind of need a flow chart to understand the astounding implications of what Hopsicker has uncovered. Yet almost all of Hopsicker's reporting is based on FAA official records, criminal records, newspaper reports and first hand reporting.
The Skyway coke plane story is actually connected to the 9/11 attacks in this way:
The coke plane was owned by Skyways but registered to a related company called Royal Sons.
Royal Sons used as its address Huffman Aviation in Florida.
Huffman Aviation was the flight school where Mohammed Atta and other Florida based 9/11 hijackers trained. Huffman Aviation was owned by an American financier, Wally Hilliard, and a Dutch national named Rudi Dekkers.
The same month that Mohamed Atta and Marwan Al-Shehhi arrived to attend Huffman Aviation flight school, Wally Hilliard's jet was confiscated by DEA agents on a runway at the Orlando Executive Airport, where they found 43 pounds of heroin onboard. Oddly, Huffman Aviation was not closed down, and Atta and company continued to train.
While Mohammed Atta attended this drug dealing aviation school, he did not appear to be the Islamic fundamentalist of the official story. He lived with an American stripper/lingerie model girlfriend, Amanda Keller, drank heavily, enjoyed pork chops, used cocaine, partied (but according to Keller danced badly), and, Keller says, on at least one occasion dealt a large quantity of cocaine.
Although Hopsicker doesn't have a single big picture conclusion, he is painting a picture of a drug and spook network that protected and facilitated the training and financing of the 9/11 hijackers in Florida.
