Off to conference with ya, Little BilliePoo!

On edit ... this Bill has been through conference. The House voted last night and passed it. The Senate just now, so off to Gin Blossom Face it goes.

I thought it had already gone through conference and this was the version approved by the House yesterday.

I just checked. This bill now goes to the President. It's the same as what was approved by the House yesterday.
