If an employer gave me a paycheck and I refused it, would he be defunding me?

The lunatic republicans, whose only reason for existing is manufacturing talking points for their wooden headed supporters say the dems are defunding the troops. They are giving the drug addict all the money he needs for the troops. I think this proves that consevatism is cancer of the brain.
