?Clinton Proposes Capital Controls?

According to today's commentary on the Larry Kudlow Comedy Hour, Hillary Clinton has proposed capital controls to protect American jobs from outsourcing, by reducing American investment in foreign production facilities. I think this is GREAT news if it's true.

Has anyone else heard about this?

2. Kudlow is co-chair of the Free Enterpise Fund, which has a "Stop Move-On.Org" policy.

I wouldn't take anything Kudlow says *publically* at face value. YMMV.

I agree about not taking anything Kudlow says at face value. However, I'm still wondering if he accidentally injected some actual facts into his comedy routine.
