Memo to Howard Fineman
He was just on Keith's show a few minutes ago, and claimed that there will be a "Constitutional crisis" at some point before bu$h leaves office, but he didn't know when it would be.

Are you ready Howard?

WE'VE BEEN IN A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS SINCE LATE 2000!

If you and your cohorts had any spine, you would have been calling it that at the time, and ever since. But no, Dick and Karl and the others have you scared, and so you're telling us something we already know.

You probably get paid what you're worth to the Bushies, Howard, but you're worthless to me.

2. better than nuthin.
He was on a week or two ago claiming the media didn't do their job. Very weak but at least some are starting to step up in a very minor way. Drops in the glass (or more like shit in a toilet) at some point it will overflow.

4. they all live in a bubble, the pundits and politicians. They all need to leave
the beltway and talk, actually talk with regular americans. They really have no clue imo about what we the people are thinking and then they see poll #'s and get all surprised.
