For my thousandth post: Impeach the War Criminals
Count me in as one of the four in ten who favor impeaching W and Cheney. Send them to the Hague!

6. Only 40% favor impeachment. That seems low to me.
I saw the poll to which you are referring, I just find it hard to believe that with Bush's approval ratings so low, there wouldn't be more people wanting him out of office. Surely those people must be aware of the crimes he and Cheney have committed.

8. If it could be done without 10000hrs of CNN,FOX,MSNBC,etc
The problem with a Bush/Cheney impeachment is that we all know that our 24/7 cable news services will squeeze every dime out of the story, with tens of thousands of hours of news and rehash and rehash of the rehash before it is over.

Any generation in recent years that goes through it never ever wants to hear the term impeachment again.

If it could just happen in a vacuum in DC behind closed doors as most of the stuff does, it would probably have much bigger favorable poll numbers.

I think people would favor a "no confidence" vote that ended the Bush regime on the spot though.
