1. He's saying that he likes Obama, but he fears he will be swiftboated like every other candidate he
has liked in the past.

At least, that's what I got out of the column.

Hell, it's just his opinion. We know what they are like, after all.

2. He sure beats some other
people like Scott Leigh, Brian McGorey, Joan Vennochi, Frank Phillips and a few others they don't know what they want to be when they grow up. Brian is Mary McGorey's nephew I think. He is related to her and I think he needs to grow up. Little repuk.

3. Well, it is what it is. To me, it sounded like the whining of a sideline sitter
who waits for others to do the heavy lifting of democracy for him. A forward-looking type would find the hook, build the case, generate enthusiasm and optimism, not cringe, cry and expect the worst.

But hey, that's his right in this free country. He's a wuss. and a negative one at that. We'll save him a seat in the wuss section!
