I'm pretty impressed with the "Tweety" that's sitting in on Hairballz tonight

By that, I mean we never know from day to day where Tweety stands and what his show will be like .....

But tonight, if you get the chance to catch the 7 PM EDT rerun, do so.

At about minute 10 or 12, he's talking with a pro Iraq vet and an anti war Iraq vet. The pro war guy got his ass totally kicked by Tweety, who reduced him to a giggling (literally) inane idiot.

Later, he's talking to Susan Molinari (R-NYC Nutter) and some guy who was a Republican state senator in Iowa and is now working for McCain. He was again pretty hard on both of them, but in particular the guy from Iowa.

I know this show is maddening to watch day in and day out, but tonight the good Tweety was there.

Tweety's still reeling from the vicious reviews of his performance as moderator of the GOP debate. This is just his way of looking more fair and balanced, but he'll be back to his old self as soon as he believes its safe...
