President Carter is in New Orleans today dedicating the 1,000 Habitat for Humanity built since Katrina. Irrelevant? I think a wise, compassionate man who actually does something FOR his country.

Carter is only becoming irrelevant (in Bush's mind) in the same way as NATO, the UN, the World Bank, the VFW, Latin America and Grandmothers for Peace.
