When will the Cheney-Dems find out Bush screwed them on the Minimum Wage

IMHO, there is no way Bush will allow the new Minimum Wage to go into effect. I do not know if it will be a "signing statement" or what trick Bush will use to block the new Minimum Wage but there will be something IMHO.
