On one side, Democrats talking about the issues
Iraq, health care, education, immigration, deficit

On the other side Republicans memorable line about Edwards' hair cut.

All in all, I will be glad with each and every one of them as our President. Yes, even nutty Gravel.

1. I was just watching Fred Thompson on C-Span
The repeat of his Saturday blatherings.

According to Fred - The guys who got arrested for wanting to blow up the fuel at Kennedy are the "bottom of the totem pole".

I thought - What totem pole is that, Fred?

and then he said - We don't know who they are but we know they're out there all over the world and here in the U.S.

Oh, okay Fred. Gotcha.

I gotta tell ya, he was so boring. Reading his prepared notes and looking like he needed a steam bath and a nap.
