Feds seeking charges against Jefferson (D-LA) ($90K in freezer)
The feds are in front of the grand jury as we speak, seeking an indictment. Per Pete Williams on MSNBC

1. An embarrassment to the party.
Should have taken more steps to oust him.

2. IF he's guilty, he should be charged! Unlike the Pubs, I don't
support someone JUST bcause he's a Dem! In this case, I gotta tell ya, if he's guilty, he's a damnd dumb crook too!

6. He may be guilty, but he's also being used as a poster boy for "Democrat Party corruption",
I've heard it used many times by Republics trying to excuse all the real corruption in their party. It smells really bad.

3. Just heard on the radio that they've indicted on "over a dozen" counts.
 I just can't figure out why they've taken so song. Either indict or clear.

9. If he's corrupt, good riddance - but will leaders Reid and Pelosi manage the damage?
Or will they allow GOP cockroaches to once again relentlessly frame the situation to their own advantage?
