Wasserman Schultz and Hastings named national co-chairs for Hillary Clinton
WOW!!! Two very strong spokespeople...!

U.S. Reps. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, of Weston, and Alcee Hastings, of Miramar, were appointed national campaign co-chairs on Thursday for U.S. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's Democratic presidential effort.

"We need a leader with a clear vision and sound judgment, who can work with a Democratic Congress to renew the promise of America. Hillary is that leader," Wasserman Schultz said in a statement.

2. Excellent! More Florida support for Hillary!
She certainly seems to have a lot of support down here, based on the people I talk to.

3. Alcee Hastings? Wonderful!
A judge who was impeached and tossed from the bench for accepting bribes and perjury.

6. ...
According to wikipedia, he was impeached in '88 and convicted by the Senate and tossed off the bench in '89.

You know how wiki is, so don't take anything as gospel.

7. Wow, I can't believe someone with the "experience" of HRC would make such a mistake
Of course, it will be amusing to hear right-wingers attack HRC for having Hastings as her national co-chair while they are cheer-leading for pardoning Libby!
