Do you think that he would have eventually turned to politics and run for office at some point?

There were even some reports he had considered pursuing the Moynihan senate seat, the one Hillary eventually won. I think he dropped it when Hillary announced her attention, to avoid a party spat. I read a book with those themes a couple of years ago.
