Look at this Philadelphia radio station talk show schedule
Speaking about radio talk shows and their incredibly conservative bias, I was looking at a radio station in liberal Philadelphia. There must be a lot of liberal radio talk shows there, right? Let's see:

5am-9am: The Michael Smerkonish show (conservative)
9am-12n: Glen Beck (conservative)
12pm-3pm: Rush Limbaugh (conservative)
3pm-6pm: Sean Hannity (conservative)
6pm-6:30pm: Susanne Lafrankie (conservativce)
10:30pm-12m: Dom Giordano (conservative)
12am-2am: Bill O'reilly (conservative)

Contact your representative or senator and demand fairness in radio. No wonder Republicans have won so many elections.

2. Bad analogy
Rap stations' mission is to play rap. Political talk shows' mission is to inform us about politicians of all parties.
If a radio station identifies itself as a conservative radio station, then I would understand it.
Oh, and did I mention music does not influence elections?

3. truth is toxic to them; they can't allow it....
go back to thatcher, regan...way back in late 80's....watch what they did. And notice pigmedia never mentioned it, not a word. Thatcher (reagan) first thing defunded the public broasdcasters, in her case the BBC, in reagan's it was PBS....both non commercial news sources were leashed, quietly and effectively, made to depend on corporate largesse....and today people got the nutz to marvel at the result (as if it was market forces did it!) We live in a corrupt, mindless culture that assumes all the time (that things just happen, that talk radio just happens to be nazipooh etc) Most of the people at DU have never heard of Alan Berg (Denver talkradio hoist murdered by 'the order' in regan years) or remember KAL 007 (a staged mass murder of civilian airliner which effectively ended opposition to regan running up national debt) stealing the national wealth from america was as easy as taking candy from a baby

9. Yes the "Big Talker" lineup is quite disgusting.
We did have Air America for a few months on a shitty 2,000 watt station. WFIL and 990 are two other full conservative stations in Philly. There is no counterpoint anywhere.
