In the 218 year history of the institution...

No offense to any Neanderthals reading this...

Have there been two worse Senator's from any state at the same time?

1. You should try living here
During "An Inconvenient Truth" when the movie showed Inhofe saying "global warming is the biggest hoax perpetrated on the American people, I was embarrassed to be from this state.

2. My condolences...
I have a taste of what it is like being from Virginia and having George "dumb as rocks" Allen as my Senator...but JOhn Warner has never been a neanderthal type and of course we now have Jim Webb...

3. heh - yeah, I'd have to agree, although
we do a pretty close job in GA. And how lucky am I to have grown up in one state and lived most of my adult life in the other? :silly:

4. Inhofe is disgusting
Any man that would put personal profit over his grandkid's future and the future of the planet is truly despicable.

He is a profiteering puppet that has puts the US legislature to shame.

6. No argument from me there...

And Coburn, good god...putting a hold on a bill that would have appropriated money to prosecute those who murdered civil rights workers...

The damn thing was going to pass by unanimous consent...

And his "gays are taking over the planet" thing is just...I have no words...

17. Coburn must lie awake at night worrying about homosexuality.
Didn't he publicly urge teachers not to let two grade school girls go to the bathroom together for fear they would catch the lesbian disease? Or was that Imhoof-in-mouth?

7. I've got John Cornyn and K.B.Hutchinson
Don't look for too much sympathy from my direction!

But I was born in Virginia, and Jim Webb is not a bad addition to the Senate

8. Not good...
Cornyn is particularly bad...and Hutchison is waay too conservative...but she doesn't seem to be quite the whack job Oklahomans have to endure!

10. You mean like Cornyn and Hurtchinson(R-Troglodytes TX)?
If Young (R-pinhead AK) runs for the Senate, he'll put Alaska in the running with Young and Stevens.

Don't feel bad, most states have one of them. My own is Domenici, but the fossil has been under a lot of attacks for the Iglesias mess, so maybe we'll get some other barbarian next term.

14. I would have fought you for first place with Jim "braindead" Bunning
and Mitch "no finance reform" McConnell until I saw Inhofe attacking Al Gore when Gore testified a couple of months ago. WoW! That is one dumb bastard.

calling the WTC attacks divine retribution bc we haven't been friendly enough with Israel or calling environmentalists Nazis and comparing the EPA to the Gestapo.

22. Oklahoma is pretty much the "old world" of oppression and...
willful ignorance.
When people condemn the "coastal elitists", I point to Okiestan's junior Senator, Dr. Mengels Coburn!
