4. Exactly. Why should the Dry Cleaner be out the legal fees in a frivilous lawsuit?
In my mind, he should get punitive damages for pain and suffering, but getting the legal fees back would certainly help.

7. Its those PUNITIVE DAMAGES that garner a stinging lesson to frivilous suits.
If the lawyer had asked for $500.00 he woulda won...even a 1,000$ he woulda won...but no...he had to ask for 54 MIL?....he was outta his mind.
